Do 7 Things Below to Be Qualified Student

lpmcampus.ukm.ums.ac.id- (12/11) As a student who will be graduated with the bachelor's status, you may expect to get a job that suits with your ability. 

However, to realize these expectations need preparation from an early age to compete in the world of work later. Students must be able to compete and meet the qualification standards that have been set by the company.

Every company would allow the best people to become their workers. It is because they also have to compete in the global market. Of course, this can only be achieved if the company is supported by qualified human resources. 

So, what should you do and prepare to be qualified a bachelor that ready to work?
Let’s take a look campuser!

1. Identify your personal strengths and set your goals
    The first thing is to begin understanding yourself and taking time to reflect on what really motivates you, on what you like and what you do not like.
Then, set your future goals and make targets about what you will achieve in the short and long term. That way, you will know the extent of your ability and can evaluate yourself from the failures that occur.

2. Develop your potential academic 
    Potential academic is one of the parameters as requirements in a large company /institution. 
This intellectual standard is measured based on Grade Point Average (GPA) points. Although potential academic is not the only one parameter that determining a person's success in working but for many private companies or government companies /institution has a minimum number of GPAs that required. 
So for those of you who plan to work in a big company /institution learn earnestly and always improve the performance of your potential academic.

3. Sharpen your soft skill
 Potential academic is important, but soft skill is more important. Do not waste your time to be a student who only focus on academic. 
Try to explore your soft skill by joining an organization or units of student activity (UKM), courses and others.
It can help you to develop your ability to socialize, coordinate and cooperate with others 

4. Learn a foreign language
    It does not matter if you understand many foreign languages because it will help you to find a job easier.
At least you can understand the English language. 
Because of what, nowadays the company requires for employees that have the ability to speak foreign languages.

5. Expand the relevant work experience
    A work experience will add value to your Curriculum Vitae (CV) when applying for a job and also give you a valuable experience to use in work world. 
Work experience will make you more understanding of yourself and a sense how to work in a team. Do not be satisfied with what you get now. 
You need more and more experience to be ready in work world. And don't forget to find a job that relevant to your goals.


6. Develop your network
    Increasing relationships with others will give you many benefits. 
The other one is you will have more network and information about the job. 

7. Do not forget to pray to the God
   After you try do not forget to pray. 
As human, we just can do our best effort, but the result is in the God's hand. 
Without His intervention we’re nothing.

How about that campuser? You just need to do 7 things above, and you’ll be qualified student that ready get your dream job.
